Business Operations Manager

Plexus have partnered with a leader in blockchain infrastructure who are supporting an open and collaborative data network. They enable Web3 developers to use data to create improved products and communities.

They’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in scaling their Web3 ecosystem, optimizing processes, and driving data-driven decision-making to support growth and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in a Business Operations role for a Web3 company, with a preference for Blockchain companies
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of partners and priorities
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
• You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally, and externally
• Experience building and running a structured sales process
• You will be organized, responsive, and ownership oriented
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, or decentralized identity protocols is a plus
