Business Development Manager – Remote (East Coast/EST) – Up to $200k Base + Bonus

Plexus has teamed up with a digital asset firm building institutional infrastructure across DeFi. With partnerships involving leading players like PayPal, Paxos, and top L1 foundations, they’re scaling fast across four verticals: 

•  Lending & Liquidity Solutions •  Institutional Treasury Management •  Stablecoin Adoption in DeFi •  Structured & Staking Advisory

They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team! 

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close new business across all three product lines

• Build relationships with blockchain foundations, protocols, exchanges, custodians, and institutional investors

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to shape offerings and deliver client solutions

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene

• Represent at industry events and conferences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or sales within crypto, DeFi, or fintech

• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, onchain lending markets, and stablecoin ecosystems

• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Team-oriented, self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with blockchain foundations, exchanges, or institutional crypto investors

• Experience with protocols like Aave, Euler, or similar platforms
