Business Development Manager – Web3 Infra – Remote (Global)

Plexus are working with a well-funded Web3 Infrastructure Provider Network. They provide an open platform for Community Management + promotion which allows projects and users to engage in tasks, earn rewards and interact with their favourite Tokens.

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies and tactics to drive company growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams, building a high-calibre sales pipeline.
  • Manage entire partnerships life cycle, from opportunity scoping and partner identification to value framing, deal negotiation, and implementation.
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with partners, addressing business, policy, and technical challenges.
  • Channel partner feedback to relevant teams to inform improvements.

Requirements: 

  • Professional experience in a BD/Sales focused role within the Web3 Space
  • Strong network of projects and partnerships relevant to the De-Fi/NFT Ecosystem
  • Must have SOL Ecosystem experience (2yrs minim, professional)
