Business Development Manager

Plexus have partnered with a chain abstraction protocol which is solving increased fragmentation between rollups and chains. With a mission to allow application builders to build truly chain-abstracted protocols. 

We are looking for a driven business development manager with good technical understanding to drive the teams adoption, build high impact partnerships on both supply and demand side. 

Key responsibilities:

– Lead end to end sales cycle: Find potential partners and navigate discussions with technical and business stakeholders.. – Maintain and deepen relationships to ensure ongoing success – Technical understanding and open to thoughtful conversations with key stakeholders – Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success

Key requirements:

– Web3 experience  – 3+ years experience in BDM – Proven success in similar web3 sales positions – Strong communication and organisation skills – Strong technical understanding and curiosity
