Business Development Lead – RWA & Institutional Partnerships (NYC Remote)

Backed by leading crypto investors and operating since the early days of the space, this is a rare opportunity to own business development at institutional scale As Business Development Lead you’ll drive ecosystem growth, own deal flow from origination to close, and build the institutional and protocol relationships that define the platform’s next chapter.

The Role:

Drive Strategic Partnerships: Lead BD initiatives across TradFi institutions, DeFi protocols, and asset originators expanding the platform’s reach across structured credit, real estate, treasuries, and alternative asset classes.

Own Deal Flow Execution: Structure and close partnerships that bring new asset classes and liquidity onchain, with clear accountability for revenue and TVL growth targets.

Build Ecosystem Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with DeFi protocols, institutional asset managers, family offices, and regulatory partners across the ecosystem.

Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to define market positioning and develop compelling value propositions for enterprise and institutional clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of business development experience across DeFi, TradFi, or fintech
• Deep understanding of RWA tokenization, structured finance, and institutional asset management
• Proven track record closing complex B2B partnerships and deals at institutional level
• Strong existing network across DeFi protocols and institutional finance
• Experience with structured finance products, lending markets, or credit origination
• Hands-on execution mindset with direct revenue accountability
