Business Development Lead (DeFi)

Plexus have partnered with an innovative DeFi start up backed by a16z. They are looking to make their first BD hire who will work closely with the founder to spearhead growth and establish strategic partnerships, focusing on high-net-worth crypto holders as the primary audience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in business development within DeFi, cryptocurrency, or wealth management.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong client relationships, particularly with high-net-worth individuals, and a deep knowledge of the crypto and DeFi sectors.
• Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced start up environment.
• Work Setup: Comfortable with a hybrid working model, involving regular collaboration with the CEO at our NYC office.
