Business Development Lead – Real Estate & Blockchain | $60–75K + Bonus + Token Package
Plexus has partnered with a pioneering startup at the intersection of blockchain, real estate, and tokenized assets.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic, and hunter-type Business Development professional who understands real estate and TradFi.
Key Responsibilities:

Supply Acquisition (Air Rights)

Identify, approach, and onboard property owners, real estate companies, brokers, and agents.

Build scalable partnerships with real estate firms and broker networks (from individual homeowners in Dallas to large-scale RE firms).

Demand Generation (Buy-Side/Institutional Interest)

Cultivate relationships with property developers, TradFi players, and institutional crypto firms interested in RWAs.

Drive adoption through strategic partnerships and a consultative, long-term sales approach.

Market Strategy & Growth

Help shape GTM (go-to-market) strategy for US rollout.

Leverage your black book of contacts in real estate, brokerage, and property development.

Operate with a founder mindset — you’ll wear many hats, own your pipeline, and execute with autonomy.

Requirements:

Proven BD or Sales experience in real estate, finance, or Web3/RWA tokenization.

Deep understanding of the US real estate landscape — property ownership, development, brokerage.

Strong hunter mentality – you thrive on opening new doors, chasing deals, and closing them.

Experience working in an early-stage or startup environment -agile, scrappy, and driven.

US-based or deep knowledge of the US market is a must.
Benefits:

Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD

Performance-Based Bonus: TBD based on deliverables & onboarding targets
