Business Analyst

Plexus is partnering with a well-funded technology company building next-generation financial infrastructure. Working at the intersection of fintech and emerging technologies, they’re developing products that are transforming how financial institutions operate.

They’re looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering and business teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout delivery.
• Analyse and improve business processes.
• Support product testing and stakeholder communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Background in fintech, financial services or a technology company.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing user stories and process documentation.
• Exposure to Agile environments.
