Plexus has partnered with an innovative DeFi infrastructure team building institutional-grade blockchain solutions that bridge traditional finance and DeFi. They are now hiring a BD Manager to help build and scale next-generation on-chain financial products. This is a high-impact role working on cutting-edge DeFi infrastructure, with the opportunity to shape how institutional capital moves on-chain. They are offering a healthy base plus commission on all deal flow.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Partnerships, or similar roles

• Strong network across Europe and APAC

• Experience in fundraising
