BD Lead - NY

Plexus has partnered with a Singapore-based fintech building the infrastructure layer for tokenized fund distribution – backed by $11M and operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.

They’re hiring a Business Development Lead to own the commercial pipeline for their global distribution network.

Role:

• Onboard distribution channels (brokers, exchanges, neobanks, wealth platforms) onto their API network
• Close partnerships with fund managers for tokenization
• Drive deals from LOI through go-live across legal, product, and engineering

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within capital markets or fintech
• Strong grasp of fund distribution and platform onboarding
• Proven ability to run a deal pipeline end-to-end
• Bonus: existing network in tokenization, RWA, or institutional crypto

Comp:

• Up to $250k + equity
• Fully remote
