Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s partner network within Web3. This position involves identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with emerging Web3 companies, managing a personal pipeline, and driving business growth through strategic deal-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential Web3 partners aligned with the company’s mission.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals (exceeding $20,000) to drive mutual growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and act as their primary contact.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and marketing execution.

  • Track industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or digital sales. Web3 or tech industry experience preferred.

  • Strong relationship management skills with experience engaging C-suite executives.

  • Sales & negotiation expertise, with a track record of closing high-value deals.

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.

  • Passion for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies.

  • Experience in media advertising or sponsored partnerships (preferred but not essential).
