- Collaborate closely with the team to launch new products and craft solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Engage with and review code from other team members, offering constructive feedback and contributing beyond your primary responsibilities.
Relevant Experience
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain technology, particularly within the EVM ecosystem.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience writing Rust server code in a production setting (e.g., using ethers.rs and/or alloy).
- Familiarity with crypto wallets (especially smart accounts), bridging technologies, blockchain nodes, relayers, or intent-based systems, and an understanding of Layer 2 solutions and their integration with the application layer.
- Ability to balance the need for quick delivery with the creation of a stable infrastructure.
- A self-starter who can identify root causes, break down complex problems, and systematically work toward a stable and scalable solution.
- Possess a hustler mentality, with experience in founding a company, working in startups (pre-series A), or building side projects (open-source contributions are a plus).
- Capable of being a thought leader and highly collaborative, driving toward impactful outcomes.
