Job Title: API Engineer Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Plexus is partnering with a Lisbon-based team building the odds and sports data infrastructure powering the next generation of prediction markets, one of the fastest-growing areas in fintech.

Having launched in late 2023, they’ve already reached profitability and are now scaling rapidly. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity where you’ll own and build low-latency APIs and distributed backend systems from day one, with real production ownership rather than sitting in a ticket queue.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience building APIs
• Python development experience
• Experience in sports betting or prediction markets is highly desirable
