About Client: A Web3 data infrastructure startup on a mission to transform how blockchain data is accessed, interpreted and used, the team recognized that while blockchains are public, the data is messy, fragmented and hard to read; so, they built a platform that ingests, cleans, standardizes and delivers real-time and historical on-chain data across dozens of networks. Their clients span both traditional finance and crypto.

The Role: You’ll own a technical, full-cycle sales motion, identifying teams that rely on blockchain data, guiding engineers and product leads through solutions, and closing high-impact deals across crypto and traditional finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify high-value prospects across analytics, fintech, and Web3.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with consistent quota attainment.
  • Lead technical sales conversations with engineers, analysts, and product teams.
  • Understand and articulate complex data schemas, APIs, and use cases.
  • Develop territory plans and drive them to execution.
  • Partner closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying, technical sales (new business / hunting).
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to identify high-impact data use cases quickly.
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts (NFTs, DEXs, smart contracts, logs).
  • Experience selling data products or API-driven solutions.
  • Curiosity and analytical thinking to uncover insights and customer needs.
