Account Executive – DeFi Growth – Up to $120k Base + Bonus – Remote (EST Hours)

Plexus has teamed up with a confidential digital asset firm building institutional infrastructure across DeFi. With partnerships involving leading players like PayPal, Paxos and top L1 foundations, they’re scaling fast across four verticals:

• Lending & Liquidity Solutions
• Institutional Treasury Management
• Stablecoin Adoption in DeFi
• Structured & Staking Advisors

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-connected, high velocity team with serious deal flow and a strong reputation in the space. They have a very strong existing client network, and now looking for someone to come and both manage these and bring further in.

Requirements:

• 1-3yrs in Crypto (at least 1 yr In DeFi)
• Financial or tech background
• Connections in the space around exchanges, market makers, lending’s and/or protocols
• Research, GTM, BD or Account management background
• Hungry and eager to work, learn and improve

Employment: US = W2, Non-US = Deel (B2B)
