We’ve built deep networks across the Crypto space over the last decade. Most of our candidates come directly through our relationships, referrals, and targeted outreach – not job ads or LinkedIn spam.

We’re truly global. We follow the talent – not just geography. We’ve placed people in 40+ countries and counting. Whether you’re hiring remote-first or location-specific, we’ve got it covered.
How do you source candidate profiles?
We don’t wait for talent to come to us, as the best candidates are often passive. We proactively headhunt using our existing network, industry intel, and search tools – tailored to each brief.
How quickly will you send us profiles?
You’ll usually see relevant profiles within 24–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the brief. Sometimes faster, especially for high-priority or urgent roles.
What are your fees?
We don’t have a one-size-fits-all pricing model – fees depend on the role, scope, and the kind of partnership we’re building. Best to jump on a quick call to talk it through.
Why are your fees typically higher than other agencies?
Since 2017, we’ve made more crypto placements than anyone else. You’re paying for experience, not guesswork. We’ve got the biggest Web3 recruitment team out there, but you’ll still work with a specialist who knows your space. That means faster, higher-quality hires with complete reliability.
What happens if my hire doesn’t work out?
We offer a 100% rebate period – think of it as a ‘free’ window to make sure you’ve got the right candidate. If things don’t work out in that time, we’ll return the fee. Simple as that.
