With a large seed round ($11m) secured and future funding plans for both token sale ($16m) and series A ($80m), Qredo were ready to grow. Hiring was their number one priority, as they had ambitious plans to go from 20 headcount to 100+ within a year – with the aim of doubling this the following year.

Flare was focused on developing the base layer of their technology alongside a ramp up in EVM-related development. We helped them secure key hires in two stages, achieving the development of a robust technological solution and wider ecosystem awareness.

Mara engaged Plexus to help rapidly scale their European tech function as they wanted to develop a range of cryptocurrency related products. We were tasked with recruiting a number of roles in engineering and product to create agile teams that could help build and grow their product offering.
