How do you find crypto talent?
We draw from a variety of sources. The core is a rich database of 650K+ crypto talent, built over nine years of Web3 recruiting. Beyond that, we use other sourcing methods including deep GitHub search and being embedded into the communities crypto talent actually live in. The strongest candidates rarely apply through job postings.
What's your process?
Every engagement starts with a scoping call to understand the role, comp, must-haves, and culture. We then build a shortlist, usually within a few days, run pre-screens, and present a curated set of candidates with detailed briefs. From there, we manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, offer negotiation, and post-offer support. You stay in control of the hiring decision at every stage.
How long does it take to hire?
Our average time-to-shortlist is around 5 working days. Total time-to-hire varies by role, seniority, and how fast interview rounds move on the client side. Candidate availability is rarely the constraint.

Look for verifiable onchain experience. Shipped contracts on mainnet, audit history with reputable firms, and open-source contributions to known protocols are the strongest signals. Senior smart contract hires typically run 4 to 8 weeks end-to-end.
